We actively encourage our customers to visit Waterhall Joinery’s workshop on site at Waterhall farm, and to take the time to talk with our team, to discuss projects both in creation and underway.

Initial Consultation

Our Senior Specialist, Toby Curtis, will provide the initial Consultation with you on site, to discuss all your bespoke furniture designs and requirements. Toby will be able to offer advice based on his experience and knowledge to help you develop your ideas to suit your needs.

Planning Development

From the Initial Consultation, technical drawings will be created as required and materials proposed, until a final design and specification is complete and accepted.

Workshop Manufacture & Customer Service

Following confirmation of your order, our Business Support will co-ordinate with the workshop to review work schedules, materials requirements and will be a vital link in customer liaison whilst your project goes through to production, keeping you informed of progress and completion.

Paint Shop

All our projects can be supplied fully finished, whether it be brush or spray finish, paint varnish or oiled.

Installation

We will keep you informed as the project progresses, and nearing completion will make arrangements with our Clients to arrange installation at a convenient date. We take pride in ensuring the minimum of disruption is caused during installation, and a clean, safe area is kept at all times.
